Neoclassical version of a sacred prayer

Ave Maria translates to “Hail, Mary.” This traditional Catholic prayer asks for the intercession from the mother of Jesus, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and is said by many of the Christian faith both Catholic and Protestant alike. The prayer takes different forms in various traditions and is based on the greeting of archangel Gabriel to the Virgin Mary in the Gospel of Luke.
